Greeting from Finleyville! ha ha. We have a big week coming up. In addition to the many orders that we have for the weekly stuff, we are catering another corporate lunch for the people over at UPMC Cancer Center in Washington, PA. These fine folks do some pretty amazing things so I’m happy to provide them with a delicious lunch! Friday, we are hosting two Peters Township basketball teams for their end-of-the-year parties. Those events are always fun! Saturday, we are catering a baby shower, and Saturday night we’ll be slinging hash for the Finleyville Pub Crawl! That is always a good time. If you’re attending, make sure you come over and say hello. We’ll be serving up 1/2 lb. burgers, pulled pork sandwiches with coleslaw and pickled red onions and chocolate covered bacon! Yum!!!!!!

This week you will notice that we added a special treat section. Our friends over at For The Love Of Sweets will be offering some delicious and healthy treats for you guys on a weekly basis. Of course we had to start with Paleo Chocolate Cookies. They are amazing!
