Cannellini beans, garlic, lemon, parsley & Oilio olive oil are pulsed together to make our velvety smooth hummus. The pita is toasted in the oven with spices and olive oil. The cucs, red pepper and carrots are all hand-cut just like Aunt Mary used to do.
Before I had thoughts on catering, this was my go-to for parties. Oven roasted eggplant, red onion, red pepper and garlic. Finished off with amazing olive oil and tomato paste. Served with toasted pita chips, red peppers and carrots.
We love making this one because the presentation is beautiful and it smells up the entire kitchen. The base is made with caramelized onions, red wine, herbs, and various cheeses. The shrimp is not boiled in lemon water. It’s roasted in the oven. The sauce is chili sauce, ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire and a splash of sriracha.

Who doesn’t love meat on a stick? If you don’t then this isn’t the app for you. The chicken breast is simply marinated. The satay wears the pants in this relationship. Sesame oil, red onion, fresh ginger & garlic, vinegar, brown sugar, spices, soy sauce, peanut butter, garnished with scallions.
Have you ever had our GF signature garlic bread? It’s the bomb. Imagine that with our homemade meatballs, mozzarella/provolone cheese and our basil marinara sauce.
We rub our butts with our signature spice rub then slow roast them until they fall apart. Topped with your choice of our traditional BBQ sauce or our signature cherry chipotle. This is one of the most-requested catering items. It does not disappoint! The salad is a base of three different lettuces with grape tomatoes, english cucumber, shredded carrot, grilled peppers and onions and roasted potatoes instead of fries. Choice of dressings: Homemade Ranch or balsamic. I recommend both.
A fresh mix of romaine hearts & field greens. Topped with sweet cherry tomatoes, english cucumber, shaved carrot (we shave the carrot ourselves) and a sprinkling of purple cabbage for color. Goes perfectly with any of our homemade dressings. Choice of dressings: Homemade Ranch or balsamic.
This salad is ridiculous. It has a nice little kick, but the cucumbers are the peacemakers of the salad. They cool everything down. That’s the one of the many beauties of Thai food. Let’s talk spicy almonds. They are roasted in the oven and come out crunchy, spicy, salty and sweet. The base of the salad is made with field greens & arugula, julienned carrots & cucumbers, red cabbage, cilantro and basil. The dressing is made with peanut butter, syrup, lime juice, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic and cilantro.

Caesar Salad is one of my favorites. This salad comes with romaine hearts, homemade croutons, shaved parmesan cheese. The dressing is homemade, of course. You can get this salad with or without anchovies.
Applewood Thick Bacon, fresh strawberries and toasted walnuts on a bed our signature lettuce lend. Vinaigrette made with Liokareas Greek olive oil and balsamic.
Offered by the pound and finished with Honey Lime Vinaigrette.
This is my all time favorite salad that doesn’t contain any lettuce. It’s a bread salad and it’s amazing. It’s so fresh. The base is a toasted baguette, english cucs, tomatoes, bell peppers, red onion, fresh mozzarella and fresh basil. Champagne Vinaigrette brings it all together.
Orzo pasta loaded with tomatoes, red onion, fresh basil and fresh mint. Served with a honey lemon vinaigrette.
Just like the above pasta but the pesto is mixed with mayo and fresh spinach to make it the most perfect pasta salad. Topped with toasted pine nuts & peas.
The most delicious summerly thing we have on the menu. Heirloom grape tomatoes marinated overnight in garlic and balsamic. Mixed with pasta, olive oil, fresh basil and finished with fresh mozzarella.

We slow-roast the chicken overnight so it's super tender, and add it to a bowl of homemade paleo mayo, vinegar, coconut sugar, sesame oil, dijon, cashews, green onions, Mandarin oranges and red cabbage.

I know. Crack is not healthy, but this one is delicious. What's in the crack? Cheese, pasta, whole milk, butter, flour, pancetta, onions, garlic and spices and a panko top. Add balsamic glaze for $10/$20.
Even though this is different than our Crack, it's still hand-made with a béchamel and cheddar topped with panko.

Thai Beef is our most popular item within our weekly meal delivery service. Ground beef, jalapenos, garlic and a delicious sauce of soy and a good quality fish sauce. Fresh basil brings it all together. This is served with coconut jasmine rice which is a perfect complement to the slightly spicy stir-fry.
Thinly sliced chicken, lots of fresh ginger, garlic and white & green onions. The sauce is made with oyster & fish sauce. Served with white basmati.
Cauliflower, red onions, scallions, garlic and ginger. The sauce is made with shaoxing wine vinegar, toasted sesame oil and soy sauce.
One of the most popular things on our meal delivery service menu. Sweet potato starch noodles stir fried with vegetables and chicken. This is very labor intensive but the results are so worth it. The noodles are legit. They are clear noodles and made from sweet potato starch. The sauce is made up of sesame oil and coconut aminos. Shiitake mushrooms, garlic, eggs, spinach, green onion, white onion, crimini mushrooms, carrots and red bell peppers make the body of the stir-fry.
This one is a banger. You think you love the Thai Beef, this one is insanely good. Lots of great ingredients in this one. Sesame oil, honey, spiced cashews, lime, chicken breasts, low sodium soy sauce, fish sauce, ground chili paste for a slight heat, sesame seeds, garlic, ginger, peppers and basil. Topped with diced cucumbers. This one is going to be GF favorite.
