Oh yeah…the pumpkin recipes continue. I couldn’t think of a better recipe for the week of Thanksgiving. Coconut milk, organic pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, honey and chia. Simple. We’ll put some toasted pumpkin seeds and pecans on top!
