Oh snap. Just when I thought the Girl Friday family couldn’t get any bigger, We are so very pleased to welcome FitHouse into the family. I know the owner personally. In fact, I trained with her and she knows her stuff. She is dedicated to her people and they are dedicated to her. I am so very proud of her and her accomplishments. Her staff is top notch too. Suzie Bode is no joke. Don’t let her beautiful face fool you. She’ll work you!

FitHouse is located in Peters Township. They are gearing up to host “The Biggest Winner Weight Loss Challenge” . This starts soon so if you’re on the fence, you better register NOW. The challenge starts 9/28 with a big kick off this Saturday! I’m in need of an intervention. I may just do it as well!
