Maple & Bacon Breakfast Meatballs With Paleo Granola
We just brought these out of retirement last month. I can’t stop thinking about them plus some of you have been asking for them again. Tender balls of ground pork packed with maple syrup, shredded sweet potato, garlic and bacon. Paleo Granola comes on the side. Put some almond milk on it and you have paleo cereal.

There was a time where you guys couldn’t get enough of the granola. This time it is sweetened with apple juice and honey. Coconut oil, vanilla, sea salt, cinnamon, almonds, pecans, cashews, pumpkin seeds, raw coconut chips and dried cherries make up the rest of this granola. Get some! 1 order = 8oz

Almond Butter & Jelly Chia Pudding
I was trying to find a new and exciting recipe but I remembered this one and had to make it again. The chia part of the puddin’ is made with almond and coconut milk, maple syrup for sweetness, almond butter and vanilla. The jelly part is a blueberry compote made with blueberries and orange juice.

Southwest Kale Salad
We don’t use Kale enough. This salad comes with kale, grilled chicken, carrots, red pepper, cranberries and pumpkin seeds. The dressing contains shallots, Oilio olive oil, honey, a dash of ancho chile powder and cumin! Boo-ya!

Thai Turkey & Rice
When I saw this recipe, I knew I had to put it on the menu. It has almost all of my favorite things. The turkey is cooked with ginger, garlic and shallots. We mix in the rice, coconut milk and fish sauce and simmer it all together. The kicker to this recipe is that after it’s all cooked together, we add a little salad of grape tomatoes, thai basil and cilantro just for some added freshness. As always, you can get this one pot meal without cilantro.

Moroccan Chicken Thighs + Cauliflower Couscous
Besides Thai food, Moroccan is my favorite. This is slow- roasted chicken is made w it garlic, cinnamon, cumin, cardamom, cayenne, chicken stock, dried apricots, dates, almonds, turmeric and a touch of saffron. This comes with a side of cauliflower couscous and toasted almonds.

Pork Carnitas with Tomato Avocado Salsa
Who doesn’t love pork carnitas? Slow-Roasted pork shoulder is the star. We roast this with paprika, oregano, garlic, cumin, red onion and cinnamon. The salsa is made up of tomatoes lime, tomato, avocado, cilantro and garlic. These will be perfect on lettuce cups or cabbage leaves.
