Thai Green Salad with Grilled Chicken & Spicy Almond Dressing
The prettiest salad ever. Also the most flavorful. This salad is all layered up with a slight spicy dressing made up of almond butter, maple syrup, garlic, lime juice, rice vinegar, sesame oil and olive oil. Tom make this salad even tastier, we put in grilled chicken, mung-bean sprouts, carrots, red cabbage, cucumber, arugula, thai basil, cilantro and mixed greens. It’s the shiz, for real. IF you don’t want cilantro, it’s all good. You can get it without. Just mention that in the “special instructions” section. This salad is the shiz.

Grilled Chicken & Pear Salad with a Balsamic Reduction
We are so fancy at Girl Friday. Not really. We just like super good food. The Balsamic reduction is one of the tastiest things. Simmering balsamic on the stove is an interesting experience. Luckily, we have a big kitchen so we barely smell it. I know I have chased everyone out of my house on a few occasions in the early days. It’s pungent stuff but worth it. Grilled chicken, crunchy pears, field greens, goat cheese and pine nuts. I want this salad, now!

I was so bummed because it had perfect flavor. Noodles made with zucchini mixed with a hazelnut pesto made with hazelnuts, parsley, lemon, garlic and olive oil. Add some green beans, green onions and parmigiano reggiano.
