As you may have noticed, we try to change up the recipe every other week. This week, I thought we go with the original recipe. It’s pretty damn perfect. Gluten Free oats, Coconut flakes, Enjoy-Life chocolate chips, flax seed, honey and chia seeds make up these ballz. 1 order = 1 dozen!

Ham, Apple and Sweet Potato Scramble
To some, this may be an unusual combo. I can tell you, it’s so perfect. The ham is slightly salty, the apple is sweet, and the sweet potato and scrambled eggs really balance everything out beautifully.

Cape Cod Chopped Salad with Grilled Chicken
Everyone loves our salads and isn’t true that a salad tastes better when someone else makes it? We say that at GF all the time. The base of this salad is made up of arugula and field greens. We add some super good thick-cut bacon, granny smith apples, toasted walnuts, cranberries, grilled chicken and blue cheese if you like. The dressing is made with olive oil, orange juice and zest, dijon mustard, a dash of maple syrup and Oilio olive oil.

Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Yep, I’m doing it. I’m making these bad boys Paleo. To be honest, it’s not that hard. These may be my favorite things to eat so it made total sense to put them on the menu. The base is made with ground chicken. water chestnuts, mushrooms, fresh garlic and ginger, green onion and coconut aminos. 1 order comes in a 16oz container with 2 lettuce cups!

Slow-Roasted Mexican Beef
Here’s an old favorite. It’s one of my favorites and it will be one of yours as well. We take a thick cut of delicious beef and put it in a slow cooker with salsa, onion, tomato paste, garlic, chilli powder and cilantro. We slow roasted it overnight and shred it up. Add a few thinly sliced radishes on top and some wholly guacamole and you have a delicious lunch or dinner. I like these in lettuce cups.

Thai Beef with Coconut Rice
This is the most requested thing we make. No joke. I’m craving it! Super lean ground meat from Cheplics is the star of this show. It’s stir-fried with thai chilis, garlic, red boat fish sauce, coconut aminos and tons of Thai basil. This comes with our famous coconut rice.
