It’s been a busy, long week.

Oh man. It’s Friday, and we’ve been working non-stop ova here. Yesterday we made appetizers for the grand opening over at the Pittsburgh Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center located in The Meadowlands. Today we cooked a delicious lunch for their ribbon cutting ceremony.

Check out my girl Maria. This is Maggie’s dog who is a frequent flyer at the PVSEC. She actually likes to go there even though they have to poke and prod her.

Tomorrow we have a bridal shower and a very special wedding renewal for my best friend’s parents. It’s going to be a great party with a lot of great people. I get to cook the food and attend the party all at the same time. It’ll be the perfect ending to a very long week.

Since I’ve been so busy, Maggie did this week’s menu for me. She picked all the things that she loves the most. I hope you all enjoy it.
