Happy Friday! Tonight we are preparing & donating 350 salads for The Symphony Of Food event held at Bella Sera. Tonight’s big event benefits women and children of Southwestern Pa. I have been so lucky to have a growing and prosperous business, so it feels so good to give back to my community!
I have taken on a few other donation opportunities coming up in February. One of them benefits the Tim Tebow Foundation Night To Shine and the other is helping to raise money for families stricken by cancer. More info coming soon.
The menu is a good one. We changed up the granola recipe and gave it a cool name. We also added another dinner option just because. Enjoy and have a great weekend!
