Good morning! Our catering portion of Girl Friday is getting crazy busy. Of course, that’s a great thing. Graduations and communions are the big one right now along with kids birthday parties. I guess it’s time for more growth. I’m good with that and I’ll need some adjustment time. If you are trying to book with me and your event is not in the next 2 months, be patient. I will get to you. I promise.

The meal delivery service is doing great as well. The orders are consistent which I love. It keeps us on our toes, that’s for sure. This week, I decided to incorporate the catering portion of things on the weekly menu. Each week, we’ll feature something from that menu. Seems like a fun idea for me. This week we’ll start with our Pesto Pasta Salad. It’s soooooo good.
