Cherry Cashew Protein Ballz
I love visiting with my GF pick ups on Wednesdays. Denise Kegel is one of them. She loved these ballz and requested them again. Since she is incredibly sweet, I put them back on the menu. The ballz are made up of cashews, cashew flour, super good quality protein powder, medjool dates, dried blueberries and dried cherries. 1 order comes with 12 ballz.

Grilled Chicken & Peach Salad
This salad is pure summer. My girl, Susan Ambrosini made this for me and it quickly became a staple in my house. The chicken is marinated and grilled along with fresh peaches. Lots of romaine lettuce, sliced red onion, toasted pecans and feta cheese go along with a peach balsamic vinaigrette. You can choose to have this salad Paleo or Primal style.

Paleo or Primal Summer Garden Zoodles
We have been making a ton of this lately. All my communion people went crazy for it so I had to share with you all. We take a bunch of cherry tomatoes and marinate them overnight in Oilio olive oil, a few splashes of balsamic, fresh basil and fresh garlic. These noodles comes 2 ways. Paleo (without cheese) or Primal (with cheese). The cheese for the primal option is parmesan and fresh mozzarella. Paleo

Greek Kabobs + Pine Nut Lemon Rice
This is one of my favorite dinners for the spring. The chicken for the kabobs is marinated overnight in a greek vinaigrette. We skewer them up with pieces of zucchini and red onion. To make these even more insane, we make a mint-feta sauce to go on the side along with jasmine rice with pinenuts and lemon. It’s so flavorful. 1 order comes with 3 kabobs.

Rosemary & Pecan Crusted Salmon + Strawberry Balsamic Salad
This is one of the first things I made when I was looking into the Paleo lifestyle. This recipe came from Robb Wolf’s book “The Paleo Solution”. It’s just a nice piece of salmon coated in rosemary and pecans and baked. I love to serve this with a simple romaine & spinach salad with strawberries and a balsamic vinaigrette. I like to eat this for breakfast too!
