Zoodles with Chicken Ragu
This ragu is super silky and flavorful. Everything including the sauce is made together and that’s what makes it so good. We use boneless skinless chicken thighs, shallots, garlic, san marzano tomatoes and a homemade tomato sauce. Instead of pasta, we use zucchini made from zucchini! This comes with a simple side salad with balsamic vinaigrette.
