Jap Chae
t is back. A lot of my new food receivers have no idea what this is. My older ones certainly do, and I’m 100% sure that most of you will be excited about it. I could be wrong but it’s a true favorite. What’s Jap Chae? Sweet potato starch noodles stir fried with vegetables and meat. This is very labor intensive but the results are so worth it. The noodles are legit. They are clear noodles and made from sweet potato starch. The sauce is made up of sesame oil and coconut animos. Shiitake mushrooms, garlic, eggs, spinach, green onion, white onion, crimini mushrooms, carrots and red bell peppers make the body of the stir-fry. What’s the meat? Filet Mignon, of course! 1 order comes in a 16oz container. If you order 2, that will come in a 32oz container.

Chipotle Barboca Tacos
We have made these many times. The beef is slow-roasted overnight with dried chipotles with onions, lime, tomatoes, garlic, cumin and oregano. The result is super flavorful and tender meat with a little kick. This comes with pickled red onions on top and 2 sides of Wholly Guacamole.
