My neighbor, Shelly made this for me a couple of years ago. It was so delicious. It’s seriously tomato soup elevated into another dimension. ha ha. The soup base is tomato with the addition of chicken stock, milk, 1/2 & 1/2, sun-dried tomatoes, parmesan cheese and cheese tortellini. It’s the perfect week night soup! 1 order comes in a 16oz container.
