The Thai Cucumber salad is made with english cucumbers, shallots, red bell pepper, green onions, cilantro and chopped salted almonds. The dressing is out of this world and you will love it. It’s made with fish sauce, lime, garlic, coconut aminos and a dash of cayenne.
