Our most popular salad. We start by roasting the almonds in a slightly spicy mixture. Then comes the dressing made of almond butter, maple syrup, garlic, fresh lime, vinegar, sesame oil, spices and olive oil. The body of the salad has arugula, field greens, carrots, red cabbage, english cucumbers, cilantro and basil. It’s super duper fresh. You always have the option of no cilantro!
