Many years ago, my MIL made this spinach strawberry salad with a poppyseed dressing. It was one of my favorite things she would make along with her strawberry pretzel salad. My spin on it is a little different but just as delicious. My version is poppyseed AND balsamic. The body of the salad is strawberries, feta cheese, toasted pecans and sliced red onions. You already know the dressing. This is topped with perfectly grilled chicken.
