I’ve made several variations of this and believe that I have come up with the perfect recipe. The meatballs are made with freshly ground meat from Cheplics, lots of fresh garlic, panko breadcrumbs, onions, fresh parsley, parmesan and eggs to make the perfect ball of meat. The sauce is made with San Marzano tomatoes, fresh garlic, onions, a pinch or two of red pepper flakes for a very subtle heat and lots of fresh basil. You have your choice of spaghetti or grilled zucchini chunks (pictured). Topped with freshly grated parm!
