We made this a few months ago and everyone went bananas. It was really good. Lots of traditional Asian flavors come together to make this savory dish. We take Asian pears, coconut aminos (soy sauce alternative) garlic, scallions, ginger, Red Boat fish sauce (of course), vinegar, broth and cilantro and combine it with a thick cut of beef. We let that roast all day long to bring together all of that flavor. This comes with your choice of traditional Korean Rice.
