Slow-Roasted Jerk Pork Shoulder + Caribbean Salsa | Single Serving
We haven’t had this on the menu in so long, we are calling it new again! We slow roast the pork overnight with jerk spices so it has that awesome flavor. We top it with a caribbean salsa made up of mangos, avocado, red onion, cilantro and lime. So bright and fresh. You have your choice of basmati or cauliflower rice.
