This is one of my favorite pestos–not the traditional one that we are all used too. This one is made with parsley, garlic, lemon, toasted hazelnuts, parm and olive oil. Add some green beans, green onion and rotisserie chicken and you have a fantastic pasta. As usual, you can choose to have this with penne pasta or grilled zucchini.
