This is a classic GF dinner. It’s been years since we made this one. I’ve been thinking about it non-stop. We slow-roast a pork shoulder with a blend of garlic and spices. The salsa verde is made up of garlic, parsley, lemon, red-wine vinaigrette, fresh rosemary & sage, anchovies and garlic. So fresh. So clean. This comes with your choice of rice.
