Peanut Butter & Jelly Chia Pudding

I was trying to find a new and exciting recipe, but I remembered this one and had to make it again. The chia part of the puddin’ is made with almond and coconut milk, maple syrup for sweetness, peanut butter and vanilla. The jelly part is a blueberry compote made with blueberries and orange juice.
