We take a thick cut of delicious beef from Cheplics, and put it in a slow cooker with local smoked salsa made by The Salsa Hustler AKA Brochachos. We’ve also got onion, tomato paste, garlic, chili powder and cilantro in there. We slow-roast it overnight and shred it up. Add a few thinly sliced radishes on top, two blistered tortillas, Wholly Guacamole and street corn. The absolute perfect dinner for a busy night!
