Recently, I had a Horchata drink at this cute little Mexican restaurant. It was delightful and I thought it would translate into a chia pudding perfectly. Horchata is delicious on its own but why not a little cocoa powder to take it to the next level? Coconut milk serves as the base mixed with honey for sweetness, freshly ground cinnamon, unsweetened cocoa and vanilla yogurt. WARNING: This chia will be layered traditional chia mix and cocoa horchata mix. It will be visually appealing to the eyes! Topped with cocoa chips and a dusting of cinnamon.
