I’m on a roll. We have a new chia pudding recipe to try out on you guys. This one is a trifecta of berries. Strawberries, blueberries and raspberries are the stars of the show. Mixed in with coconut milk, vanilla and a touch of Bedilion honey for sweetness. The color of the chia is the perfect shade of purple.
