Let’s be honest, green bean casserole is delicious and the recipe on the side of the can is legit. Mine is just as good, if not better, and it’s homemade. If you’re going to put cream of mushroom in something, I’d rather it be one that is homemade and you can actually taste the mushrooms. This classic is made with butter, crimini mushrooms, garlic, flour, milk, chicken stock, a touch of soy, s&p, freshly ground nutmeg, green beans and fried onions!!!!
