French Onion Soup

French Onion soup is my jam, especially when it’s cold outside. I caramelize lots of onions & garlic until brown and tasty. Add some red wine, beef stock and fresh herbs. I put a nice slice of provolone cheese at the bottom of mine and top them with 2 slices of Grueye’d baguette toasts. Sounds like the perfect weeknight dinner if you ask me.
