Who doesn’t love eggnog? Me, actually, but this is tasty. I think I probably hate it because when my step-father would give me a taste, it was riddled with liquor–ha ha! I wonder what liquor it was? Brandy? I can assure you I probably have a taste for it now. The oats are made with the usual suspects–chia, Greek yogurt and almond milk. Add some eggnog to the mix and some toasted pecans and a little decorative Christmas something on top and you have a delightful Christmas oat.
