These ballz of goodness are made of ground chicken/ground turkey, garlic, parm, parsley and a touch of red pepper. The sauce is made with onions, garlic, butter, sun-dried tomatoes, baby spinach and a splash of heavy cream. Served with roasted garlic potatoes.
