I have been craving fajitas for months. This is hands-down my favorite thing. The marinade makes these fajitas super flavorful. We put together oranges, limes, chipotles in adobo, garlic, cumin, Liokareas olive oil and other spices and marinate the chicken for dayz. The result is super flavorful chicken. Pair that with a generous helping of peppers & onions, three tortillas and one container of Wholly Guacamole and you have the perfect lunch or dinner.
