Do you remember when we went through a wrap faze? We made a Cashew Chicken Salad Wrap every week for a couple months. It was super tasty and I’ve been thinking about it these past few weeks. Seems like the perfect time to put this back on the menu. No wrap this time. We slow-roast the chicken overnight so it’s super tender. We add it to a bowl of homemade paleo mayo, vinegar, coconut sugar, sesame oil, dijon, cashews, green onions, Mandarin oranges and red cabbage. 1 Order comes in a 16oz container.
