Slow-roasted and shredded, simmered overnight in Brochacos Smoked Salsa, onion, garlic and super secret spices. Served with a side of red rice cooked with fire roasted tomatoes, chicken stock, garlic and onion. Grilled zucchini and a roasted jalapeño so you can make it as spicy as you like.
