This has been requested a lot lately so of course, I had to make my people happy. I’m in the mood for it as well so everyone wins. My guy, Nate at Cheplics, hand cuts the meat then slices it super thin for me. We slowly cook the meat with mushrooms, onion, butta and organic beef stock. We finish it with sour cream, dijon mustard and a nice sprinkling of fresh dill and Italian parsley. Served with egg noodles.
