If you follow me on the Instagrams, then you may have seen Joe from Bridge City Brinery making homemade cinnamon rolls. When I tell you the were delicious, they were delicious. The outside of the roll was perfect and the inside was soft and gooey! Here is Joe’s description: Scratch-made BCBrioche, oozing with decadent brown sugar…. you know what…. I’ll spare you the sales pitch. It’s a cinnamon bun. The only difference, is it’s gonna be the best one you’ve ever had. And it won’t be close. 1/2 pan- 6 rolls.
