My people reminded me recently about the awesome breakfast things we used to make. The breakfast meatballs are one of them. These meatballs are soooooo perfect! I promise. I’ve been wanting to put them back on the menu for months. These tender balls of ground pork are packed with maple syrup, shredded sweet potato, garlic and bacon. 8oz of fruit salad comes on the side.
