I have a serious thing for white balsamic lately. Add some Swope’s honey, olive oil and garlic, and you have one tasty salad dressing. The body of the salad is a mix of romaine hearts, field greens, Fuji apple chips, sliced red onion, toasted pecans, goat cheese and cherry tomatoes. It’s topped with perfectly grilled chicken.
