This is our motto. We use fresh, local, high-quality ingredients to make clean meals, prepared from scratch, that you can feel good about eating and offering to your family.
We don't believe in artificial sweeteners or any of those other fake ingredients out there that are supposed to help your diet. The fact is they probably do more harm than good.
We try to make intelligent substitutions to keep our meals clean, like using coconut aminos instead of soy sauce, or honey instead of sugar. We never sacrifice flavor.
It's like eating out but without the awkwardness. We plan unique menus that allow you to try new things that you might never cook for yourself–like our signature chia puddings. Do you know what that is? It's a little cup of deliciousness that can be a snack, breakfast or dessert. You're probably never going to go buy chia seeds, and soak them perfectly in vanilla and coconut milk, then make a blueberry compote and toasted almonds as a topping....but we will. You're welcome.
